(2)人才培养和团队建设
目前指导研究生6名,其中学术型硕士3名,专业型硕士3名;本科生4名,所指导的3名本科生分别保研、考入西北农林科技大学攻读硕士研究生。
(3)创新创业成果
带领团队项目《种苗计划-超低温脱毒与植物良种繁育领导者》(第一位次),获得2019年教育部等13个部委举办的第五届全国“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛国家级金奖,是该届唯一的一个高校主赛道农业类金奖,受到国务院孙春兰副总理接见。同时该项目先后获得2019年第六届共青团中央中国青年创新创业大赛全国总决赛银奖,2019年中粮国际创新创业大赛全国总决赛二等奖,2019年微软全球杯创新创业大赛陕西赛区一等奖,2019年第二届全国林业创新创业大赛陕西赛区一等奖,2020年“中国创翼”大赛陕西赛区一等奖、2020年全国农村农业双创大赛陕西赛区一等奖。曾担任第八届福建省“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛省级决赛评委。
